1. Service Description

Bosphorus Night operates as a tourism agency that connects visitors with cruise operators on the Bosphorus Strait in Istanbul. We facilitate reservations for dinner cruises and related experiences. We are not the direct operator of the cruise vessels.

2. Booking Process

All bookings are made through WhatsApp communication. A reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team. No online payment is processed through our website.

3. Payment

  • No prepayment is required for reservations
  • Payment is made directly on the boat
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash (EUR, TRY, USD) and credit cards
  • Prices are listed in Euros (€) and are per person unless stated otherwise

4. Pricing

Prices vary based on the selected cruise vessel and package. Optional extras (alcohol package, hotel transfer, romantic table setup, proposal package) are charged in addition to the base package price. All prices are clearly communicated before booking confirmation.

5. Children Policy

  • Children aged 0–3: Free of charge
  • Children aged 3–5: 50% discount
  • Children aged 5+: Full price

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation: Up to 2 hours before the cruise departure (until 19:00 for a 21:00 departure)
  • After the free cancellation window, please notify us via WhatsApp as a courtesy
  • Since no prepayment is collected, no refund process is applicable
  • No-shows without prior notice may affect future booking priority

7. Cruise Details

  • Departure: 21:00 from Kabataş or Eminönü piers
  • Return: 00:00 (approximately 3-hour cruise)
  • Same-day bookings are accepted until 20:00 (1 hour before departure)
  • Exact meeting point and directions are shared via WhatsApp after booking

8. Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. We maintain contact with you before, during, and after the cruise. If you experience any issues during the cruise, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp and our team will assist you right away.

9. Liability

As a booking intermediary, Bosphorus Night facilitates the connection between guests and cruise operators. The cruise experience is delivered by the respective operator. While we carefully select our partner operators, the responsibility for the onboard experience lies with the cruise operator.

10. Changes & Weather

Cruise schedules may be subject to change due to weather conditions or operational reasons. In case of cancellation by the operator, we will offer alternative dates or a full alternative arrangement at no additional cost.
