There is no paper ticket and no voucher to print. Booking produces a digital boarding pass, and the pier works from a name list.

2. You receive the boarding passA boarding pass image arrives on WhatsApp or Telegram within minutes. It shows your reservation code (BN + date + 5 characters), the tour date, number of guests, any extras such as transfer or the two-glass package, and a map link to the meeting point.
3. You arrive at KabataşBoarding opens at 20:00. Show the pass on your phone or simply give your name — you are on the list either way.
4. You pay on the boatAfter dinner, at your table, in euros, US dollars or Turkish lira. Extras you added on board are settled at the same time.

  • Lost the pass: message us the name on the booking and we resend it immediately.
  • Change of date or guest count: message us; the booking is updated and a new pass is sent. Changes are free.
  • Cancellation: free up to two hours before departure. Because nothing was paid, there is nothing to refund.
  • Extra guest: message us before you set off so the seat is added to your code; the extra guest goes on the same bill.
  • Same-day tickets: accepted until 21:00; see the last-minute page for the transfer cut-off.
