Your evening, step by step
The Bosphorus dinner cruise runs on a fixed rhythm every night of the year. Here is exactly how the three hours unfold, so you know what to expect before you reach the pier.

| 19:30 – 20:00 | If you booked hotel transfer, the driver collects you from your hotel lobby and brings you to Kabataş Pier. |
| 20:00 | Boarding opens. You are welcomed on board, shown to your reserved table, and the first meze and drinks are served while the boat is still moored. |
| 21:00 | Departure. The boat leaves Kabataş and turns north along the European shore — Dolmabahçe and Çırağan palaces are the first lights you pass. |
| 21:00 – 23:30 | Dinner service continues through the cruise while the eight-act show runs in the salon: folk dance, whirling dervish, belly dance, the Caucasian knife dance and, later, live saxophone with a DJ. |
| Around 23:45 | The boat returns to Kabataş. Depending on sea traffic, you step off between 23:45 and midnight. Transfer guests are met at the pier exit. |
